Who we are

Capstone Dynamic is a small web design studio based in Sri Lanka, run by Muditha Ranasinghe. Email: hello@capstone.com.lk. WhatsApp: +94 77 644 0511.

Why you might have received an email from us

We sometimes write to small businesses to offer a sample website. We only use a business contact email address that the business has published itself, for example on its own website. We do not buy or scrape email lists. Our emails identify us, are sent in small numbers, and always include a way to opt out.

How to stop hearing from us

Reply to any of our emails with "no thanks", or write to hello@capstone.com.lk. We will stop contacting you straight away and will keep only your address on a do-not-contact list so that we do not email you again. You can ask us to delete that too.

What information we keep

• Business name, public contact details and the business's public website, to run our outreach.
• Messages you send us, and details you give us when you ask for a sample or become a client.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with tools we use to run the business (such as email and hosting providers) and only as needed.

This website

This site does not use advertising cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and does not track you across other sites. The contact form opens your own email app and sends nothing until you press send. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Your requests

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you or your business, email hello@capstone.com.lk and we will reply within a few working days.
